來到馬六甲，一定要嘗試道地的娘惹餐。
這一次我同事介紹了Nancy's Kitchen。話說，她在之前也是經當地的朋友特別推薦這家娘惹餐館。
這家餐館的空間不大，樓下只能擺上幾張座椅，樓上也只有三張大座椅。
這家餐館的生意很好，開門前就有人在排隊了。烈日當空下，我們在外足足等了45分鐘。
介紹他們家的餐單，裡面記錄了所有娘惹餐，價錢也寫在裡頭，一目了然。
介紹我們點的食物：
Top Hat（Pai Tee）- RM4.80（5 cones per serving）
It is a small shaped of hat cone filled with vegetable. Just like the popiah filling out with a different serving.
Chicken/Pork with Bean Paste - RM12.00(S) RM18.00(M) RM22.00(L)
Sounds like stew pork chicken in salted yellow bean cooked with preserved soya bean with dark sweet soya sauce(kicap manis)sugar and other ingredients to create a combination of sweet and savoury taste.Best to pair it with our sambal belacan dip.
Water Spinach Fried Belacan（Kangkung Belacan）- RM8.00(S) RM10.00(M) RM12.00(L)
Vegetables stir fry with fermented shrimp paste.
Pork in Salad Cucumber（Bak Sambal Timun）- RM7.00(S) RM10.00(L)
Fresh cucumber with slices of big onion together with pork, mixed with Sambal Belacan.
Nyonya Dumpling
